SESSION FLOW
All new client sessions are 75 minutes
My work is grounded in technique, presence and attunement—each informing how the session takes shape.
Our time together can be focused on a particular area or can be a full body experience, depending on your preference.
I respect that every session unfolds differently, and my hands and heart respond to what your body communicates in the moment.
Sound therapy, warm towels and aromatherapy are available as part of your session at no additional cost.
$125
Sessions may include deeper pressure but my approach is not structured as traditional deep tissue or sports massage. If you are specifically seeking either of those modalities, another practitioner may be a better fit.
